Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Pijo, we want your buddy to reach you quickly, securely, and with complete transparency. Below you'll find everything you need to know about our shipping options, delivery timeframes, and fulfilment standards.

Shipping within Australia

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times vary depending on your state. Most standard orders arrive within 2–3 business days (metro) and 4–5 business days (regional and WA). Express delivery typically arrives within 1–2 business days (metro) and 2–4 business days (regional and WA).

All orders are dispatched from our Melbourne distribution centre. We partner with Australia Post and other trusted couriers to deliver nationwide.

If your delivery address is unattended, the driver will leave the parcel in a safe location. If no safe place is available, a card will be left with instructions for redelivery or collection.

Fulfilment Guarantee

We know waiting for your buddy to arrive can feel like forever — that's why we promise to fulfil your order as quickly as possible. If you haven't received a shipping confirmation email within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at hello@pijo.com.au and we'll look into it straight away.

Freight / Shipping Forwarders

To protect product authenticity and customer experience, Pijo does not permit orders to be shipped to freight forwarding services. Orders placed with freight forwarder addresses will be cancelled and refunded in full.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been packed and collected, you'll receive an email with your tracking details. Your chosen carrier will provide updates, including estimated delivery times. For assistance with tracking or any delivery questions, please contact us at hello@pijo.com.au.

Processing Times

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days. During peak periods (sales, holidays, or product launches), dispatch may take slightly longer — we appreciate your patience and will always keep you informed.

International Shipping

Pijo doesn't currently offer international shipping at checkout. If you're outside of Australia and would love to get your hands on a buddy, drop us an email at hello@pijo.com.au with the products you're interested in and your delivery address, and we'll do our best to help.
